This is my first ship in a bottle which I bought about 30 years ago. It came from a small antiques shop in Muswell Hill, London, where I lived at the time.

A fantastic start to a collection. The rough seas in the bottle give a romantic air of adventure to the little ship. I’m glad to see it has reached some becalmed tropical waters
